An order of 2 items or less will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

3 or more items will be sent either via Royal Mail tracked and signed or via Royal Mail Special Delivery dependant on the type of products ordered.

Please select the appropriate delivery method at the checkout.

 

Personalised Handmade Keepsakes  - please allow 6 weeks for these to be made from receipt of clothes. Delivery times may take longer so please check at the time of ordering if your order is time sensitive.

Embroidered Personalised Items - Please allow 1-2 weeks for these items to be dispatched.

​You are able to collect your order from us by choosing the relevant option at the checkout.

You will not be charged delivery fees if you select this option.

Your order will be packaged appropriately to ensure that your items are protected. However, in the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise the best course of action. Please do not return any items without discussing this with us first.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland , the Channel Islands and also International. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout. Delivery charges for any address that is International or outside of the non-mainland UK will cover shipping only. From 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1 January 2021, you may incur charges. Memories Made For You will not be held liable for any additional charges and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or import fees charged by their country.
